Countdown to Christmas Break: 10 days!!
Good morning, KIPPsters! We have a few special announcements to make this week, and several amazing art updates to share! Let's dive in.
What we've been up to:
KIPPsters have been showing off their mastery of painting skills and color theory in their "Holiday Greetings" final project.
These projects are the amalgamation of everything we've done this semester, from Micron pens to watercolor. They are suuuuper cute and festive! Be on the lookout for colorful cards coming home to you soon! :)
What's coming up:

With three weeks to go until Christmas break, we've been hard at work wrapping up with our work from the semester and showing off our skills. We'll be working on our final projects for the next week, and wrapping up our semester with a few adorable winter crafts!
(Your students have been begging to make some watercolor bookmarks, and I'm thinking we'll do that before we leave for the break! They make excellent gifts.)
In other news:

Due: January 31, 2018
Age groups: 8-11, 12-15
Awards: Gold, Silver, and Bronze
(Entry forms are printed in a folder outside the Art room door, but you can also download it here.)

That's all for now! I hope you're all feeling this holiday cheer as much as I am. :)
It's Prime T.I.M.E.!
